I was looking into threaded barrels for my Shield M&P 9, and half way through my search I realized Comiefornia outlawed them entirely. This left me with zero options for compensators short of welding my barrel and no longer allowing me to fully disassemble my firearm. I thought all hope was lost until I stumbled onto Remsport barrels. The website didn't list a barrel for my specific firearm so I took a shot in the dark and emailed customer support. To my surprise they responded very quickly and with great news. I've got exactly what I was looking for without the bulk of a thread on compensator. The barrel was a little sticky and caused malfunctions at first when cycling rounds but after a few cycles it ran flawlessly. Looks great, feels great, and extremely happy overall.
