2 of 5 Decent Parts Mostly - Zero Customer Service May 11, 2022

Most parts are decent quality. I purchased a slide that was seriously mis-machined and should have never shipped. A mainspring housing that was advertised as 4140 Carbon Steel that actually turned out to be stainless underneath of the black finish. And ordered a 1911 Commander slide, but actually received a Government length slide.  The Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. Emails are totally ignored, you'll never get through on the phone to speak to a person, and voicemails are never ever responded to. Therefore, as long as you receive the correct part, a properly machined part, a part that's constructed out of the material advertised and so forth, it's all good. Run into an issue? Forget it!

This is my 1st purchase from TR Remsport Mfg. I purchased a stainless Comander slide. The quality of machining as well as the finish are outstanding! I am amazed at the overall quality of this slide and will look to TR Remsport Mfg.for future 1911 parts sourcing. I also found their prices competitive and their shipping was fast.
